Miss Bam Bam was found alone at a bus stop, covered in scars, and little is known about what happened to her during the first six years of her life. A video shared by @peggyadamsarl shows the rescue dog sitting inside her kennel, with noticeable scars across her snout.
Rescue dog is labeled ‘most affectionate’ by foster family despite her painful past
Miss Bam Bam’s foster family has reportedly been impressed by her affectionate personality. They describe her as “the most affectionate girl” and say she loves cuddling with people. She also enjoys chewing on toys and happily rolling around in the grass, showing a playful side that comes through despite her difficult beginnings.
Her goofy personality is another quality her foster family appreciates. They say she has a way of making people laugh, adding to the list of reasons they believe she could make a wonderful companion for the right household.
Food is another way Miss Bam Bam’s caregivers have been able to keep her engaged. She is highly motivated by treats and is willing to work for them, which has helped her learn new skills. She is currently making progress with the “sit” command and appears eager to continue learning.
Miss Bam Bam is currently waiting to meet a potential adopter at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League. After six years with an unknown history, she is now looking for a family that can give her the love and safety she deserves.
